Welcome!
You are on the homepage of the electronic whistleblower system of Woolworth Österreich GmbH.

We have commissioned PARK Compliance Services GmbH, in particular Mr Tobias Eggers, solicitor, with the establishment and operation of the electronic whistleblower system. You can submit reports to Dr. Eggers if you receive information about compliance violations, in particular criminal offences or administrative offences, in connection with your professional activities or in the run-up to professional activities. Dr. Eggers is authorised to receive and confirm the reports you submit.

After receiving the report and confirming receipt, Dr. Eggers will forward the report in its entirety to our internal confidential advisor, Ms. Manda Filipovic-Eberher, who has been appointed in accordance with the Austrian Whistleblower Protection Act, for further processing and investigation. The internal confidential advisor is independent and not bound by any instructions in her role.

Who can submit a report:
Not only employees or business partners, but all persons who have knowledge of possible compliance violations can submit a report via our whistleblower system.

How the system protects you:
  • The system maintains the confidentiality of the identity of the persons referred to in § 2 öHSchG, i.e. above all that of the whistleblower.
  • If you wish, your report will be recorded completely anonymously.
  • All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information is secure.
  • In the login area, you can track the processing status of your report and keep in contact with the internal confidential advisor.

What topic do you wish to report?
This reporting office is for any reports of violations under Section 3 of the öHSchG. As a company, we are committed to providing comprehensive protection to whistleblowers who report such violations.

If your report does not fall under this category and another contact person is responsible for your case, you will receive a confidential response.

You can submit reports on human rights or environmental risks or violations of human rights or environmental obligations via the Woolworth GmbH electronic reporting channel. You can access this via the link provided here.

Please note that the whistleblower system is not intended for general customer complaints and enquiries. Please use our contact form for this purpose: Link
